Dear John,
I just wanted to send you a letter to let you know how appreciative I am for your professionalism you gave regarding our water heater installation credit. It’s unfortunate that we’ve had so many plumbing problems in the past few months but, I do feel that your company has handled them very quickly and very well. All of your employees have been very courteous. I’m glad that you explained the difference in costs and I feel better about the situation. Thank you for issuing a credit back to us.
We will continue to use you in the future and will recommend you to our family an d friends for their plumbing needs.
Thank you again for being an honest company. There aren’t too many left out there!

Dear J&S (Jon);
Thank you so much for the wonderful jobs your men have done for me. My sewer has not given me any problems since Brian (Buck) did such a good job of finding my broken pipe problem. And yesterday with my hot water tank, your men, Dave & Joseph were a God-send, and did a superb job.
My brother is my hero. He always comes to my rescue with someone like you. God Bless You all and your business!!!

Dear John,
I want to thank you for your efforts regarding the problem I had with water in my crawl space. I truly just picked out your company when looking through the Yellow pages looking for a plumbing company that works all hours.
If you recall, I had Aah-Ha Weidner come out on Friday to help me with my flooded crawl space. When I got home from work at 5:00 the temporary pump they put in to get rid of the water was not working and the crawl space was still flooded. I called them right away and got the message that they were closed and would not be open again until Tuesday due to the holiday. I picked your company out of the phone book and spoke first with a woman who took my message. I don’t think five minutes has passed and you called me back.
You could not have been nicer and more supportive when discussing my situation. It appeared that your intent was simply to help me solve my water problem and not to try and gain another paying customer. You offered a variety of solutions but never had any negative comments about Aah-Ha Weidner. You assured me at that time, that there was no danger in just leaving my crawl space as it was and wit until Tuesday. Several minutes later, one of your service technicians appeared at my door. Apparently he was in the area so you had him check out the situation. He found that the problem with the temporary pump was simply that the electrical cord and a switch caused the pump to turn off.
I believe this gentlemen’s name is Buck. I was also impressed with his kindness and professionalism. Again, he did not say anything negative about the other company but just offered different suggestions. Again, I felt that his concern was how best to fix my problem instead o how he could make money off of a customer.
Since I had already paid Aah-Weidner in full, i decided to let the finish the job. They did credit the $98 service call fee that I paid to your company. Although, their service tech did make a comment that he wished he was paid $98 for a service call, which I thought was uncalled for. He was the same person that caused me to have to call your company in the first place. Of course, he did not bother to apologize for the inconvenience his mistake caused me. I am not sure he fully understood that he had made a mistake.
Anyway, from now on, I will call your company first. Your professionalism and kindness obviously transfers down to your employees as I mentioned that Buck was wonderful. Please send me a couple of business cards that I can keep on hand for myself or friends in need of plumbing services.

Dear J & S Plumbing……
So… this morning I’m dusting off the water heater! Too funny! Bu the thing is so gorgeous that I can’t help myself.
The gentleman that you sent to put in our new water heater about a week and a half ago were awesome. Rex Luis (observing) were gentlemen of the finest caliber. Our water heater was put in in "no time" and it looks absolutely gorgeous! An excellent job well done in a superbly timely fashion…wow! I just don’t have enough superlatives to use today. Even the carpenter that was here that day went and looked at the water heater several times and just shook his head in wonderment of how short a time it took to put it in and how perfect the whole job looked! So you have double kudos!
My husband liked everything too except the bill (grin) but he will get over even that.

Dear Mr. Romano,
I want to take the opportunity to tell you about the wonderful service I received yesterday from one of your employees, Tim F.
There had been an unfortunate lack of communication between the dispatcher that a gentleman from your company, who prodded out my sewer yesterday, spoke with, and Tim, who later came to replace my laundry connections. The first gentleman had been asked to me to loosen a connection to one of my laundry hoses. It was seriously corroded and old, and after he unsuccessfully attempted to loosen it using a torch, he suggested that I have both of the connections replaced. He told me that he could have somebody come out under the same trip charge, replace the connection with the lever type that he said would not be so likely to seize, and that he’d have them throw in the plastic box that surrounds the fittings. He then spoke to the dispatcher to have somebody come out the same day, and gave me a price range of $235-285. I agreed to the work.
The unfortunate part is that apparently Tim had not been notified of what the first gentleman had promised me. After replacing the connections, I noticed that the had not replaced the box or changed the type of fittings. I pointed this out to him, and he came back in and changed them over again. What really impressed me is the completely professional attitude he maintained, even though I am sure that he could not have been happy to redo the job. He remained pleasant and courteous the entire time, even going above and beyond, by raising the fittings to meet newer code standards.
I must say that I was very impressed by him, and I think you should know what excellent representative of your organization that Tim is. Thank you, and thank you Tim, for your outstanding customer service. I will not hesitate to contact J&S for all my plumbing needs.
